'My Gran has just had her aerial changed to digital by AKM Aerials and loved the fact that it was a woman engineer as well as a man. She had been a bit concerned about having men in her house as she is 84 and lives on her own but when Kate walked in she said she felt much happier. She said they were both really easy to get on with and very helpful. She also said that they stayed till they were sure she understood the new handset for her Freeview box and for a pensioner the total cost was a brilliant for the time and trouble they took.'
